How to work out your body mass index
To work out your body mass index your need to
- Divide your weight in kilograms (Kg) by your height in metres (M)
- Divide your answer by your height again to get your BMI
- Weight : 82 Kg. Height 1.82 m.
- 82 / 1.82 = 45.05
- 45.05 / 1.82 = 24.7
