HOW TO MEASURE HEART RATE
Heart rate can be measured manually using the radial artery which is found in the wrist, or using a blood pressure monitor which is much more accurate.
If measuring the heart rate manually you will need an assistant with a stopwatch.

- Start the stopwatch and count how many pulses you can feel in 60 seconds.
- Repeat the test again and average for more accurate results.
